Program description

CIIS is offering one year Aviation Management program which is designed to give students knowledge and hands-on experience in Aviation Management as well as to provide co-operative work experience in the Aviation industry. A variety of aviation courses provide a solid understanding of the aviation industry in Canada and around the world. Students are given the opportunity to pass the examination to receive their Restricted Aeronautical Radio Operation License. Management courses are designed to give an understanding of management practices and procedures to the students, in order to be prepared for future promotional opportunities.

This course emphasizes on preparing the students to reach at the advanced positions in a wide variety of aviation fields such as Airline Management, Airport Management, Airport Planning, Flight Dispatch and Government Aviation agencies. In addition, the program provides graduates a better chance of success to become Air Traffic controllers, Commercial/ Airline pilots, and flight service specialists.


Admission Requirements
  • Grade 12th in any stream with compulsory Mathematics (12th all clear)
  • All students will be interviewed by the Georgian Academic Coordinator before the beginning of the program.
  • Applicants must have 72 % or above in English in Grade 12th and/or IELTS with an overall of 6.0 Bands & 5.5 Each Module (at the time of transfer)

First year at CIIS
  • Academic Semester 1 and 2 at CIIS during Fall and Winter
  • Score 60% to pass each course

Transfer to Georgian, Canada
  • Compulsory transfer to Georgian, Canada in Semester 3 (Year 2)
  • Good Academic standing during 1st year.
  • 6.0 Bands overall in IELTS and 5.5 in each Module for Georgian.
